I purchased two battery kits advertised as including a full-function Seplos 2.0 BMS (CAN, RS485, Bluetooth).
However, both units arrived with a limited version of the BMS where the RS485 ports are disabled and the communication features do not match the advertised specifications.

I contacted the seller several times and also sent follow-up messages, but received no reply.
I was provided with a Bluetooth app APK, but it requires login credentials that were never supplied, so the app cannot be used.

Pros:
• The battery cells themselves appear to be good quality.

Cons:
• BMS received is not the complete version as advertised
• RS485 ports show “not supported”
• Bluetooth app unusable without credentials
• No technical support or follow-up from the seller

I am still waiting for a proper solution, such as a working app, firmware update, or a correct full-function BMS board.

Recommendation: Before purchasing, ask for clear confirmation that the included Seplos 2.0 BMS is the full version with all communication ports enabled.

Items arrived in good order. Tracking
was provided.
Cells fit in conventional 18650 holders.
Top balanced @ 1C ok ; and have held 4v since.
