Unfortunately, Linda's communication was poor; the goods were only delivered after a request.

The batteries arrived undamaged after 1 week. They looked very good and were all exactly charged at 3.295 volt. Very good. The battery box arrived after 1.5 months and was also undamaged. Despite the fact that no manual was included, the build was straightforward. Only a few remarks: there should be an insulating epoxy layer on top of the busbars and the printed circuit boards should be in the support instead of on top of them. Bus bars instead of cables would also be better. But it was ok. The box worked right away and the bms is relative easy to setup. However there is one important remark. Insurance companies are very reluctant to accept this selfbuild battery box unless you can provide them official certification documents. I contacted Hakadi support regarding this issue. They were very helpfull and they sent me the documents they had at their disposal. For the batteries they are ok but for the bms it is doubtful. I still wait for the verdict of the insurance company. You need to take this into account. My conclusion: Hakadi is a serious company, the support is good and cudos to Linda who replies to emails within 1 day.

Sehr gutes Batterie Gehäuse, wegen Krieg im Iran etwas später geliefert, aber Kommunikation über WhatsApp klappt super. Jederzeit wieder.

But it would be nice to have a little instruction with it. You have to have some basic electric knowledge to put it all together.

It's a good Case. The BMS works very well. Unfortunately, no assembly instructions were included.
