The warranty period is from the date you receive.
We only replace new cell for free due to the failure of manufacturing.
Before the shipment, we will detect the cell voltage/resistance/appearance and other issues. we can only ensure that single cell is good before the shipment.
When arrival you can test the cells within 1 week. If you find any problems, please contact us for refund or replace. Any return behavior buyers need to be responsible for shipping fee.
Note
1. HQS-12V 170Ah Lifepo4 Battery Pack build-in Daly buletooth BMS. Due to the settings of the BMS parameters, battery pack doesn't support connect in series and parallel.
2. HQS-12V 170A can replace the lead-acid battery in solar system. Please make sure to re-set the parameter of the solar controller, make sure it fit to Lifepo4 battery.
3. If you need the higher voltage battery pack, please contact us for your requirements (Like voltage, capacity, size, discharge current, etc) Thank you.
